Refund Policy

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. That is the full eight-week LED protocol plus extra time on either side. If you do not see results you were hoping for, we want to make it right.

1. Email us at supportglowhive84@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 48 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the device and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
